What are your shipping charges?
Orders of $95 or more to the continuous United States (lower 48 & DC) qualify for free Standard shipping. No promo code is necessary as the shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges for you. This offer is valid for single-destination shipments within the continental United States only. It is not valid for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States territories, or for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address.

For orders less than $95 costs vary based on weight & destination; Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Regular Standard Shipping Rates start at $9.95

How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined by the item's size, weight, dimensions, shipping method and the distance to your location. On your Shopping Cart page there is a shipping calculator that will determine the shipping costs of all of the items in your shopping cart before you proceed through checkout.

How do you ship?
For Standard shipments we reserve the right to ship using the least expensive available rate.
Standard shipments are sent via FedEx Ground, United States Postal Service (USPS), and Fed Ex SmartPost (which uses the U.S Postal Service for final delivery to the package destination). Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is 2 to 10 business days within the 48 continental U.S. states based on your location.

How long do deliveries take?

All orders ship from our warehouse in San Luis Obispo, California. The estimated delivery times for orders shipping within the continuous 48 U.S. states and DC are:

Western US: 2-4 business days
Central US: 3-5 business days
Eastern US: 4-10 business days

Can I ship an order to Canada or other foreign countries, or to US territories overseas?
At this time, we only ship orders within the United States, and United States territories.

Can I ship my order to a Post Office Box?
Yes, but orders shipped to P.O. Boxes do NOT qualify for the free shipping offer. Please use a street address if you want your order to qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order and how can I check its status?

You will receive an email from confirming your order and providing a confirmation number. Please make a note of this number for future reference. You will also receive a separate confirmation email from the shipping carrier when your order has been picked up. That email will include a tracking information number for your order, which you can use on the carrier?s website to determine the estimated shipping arrival date of your order.

Do you charge shipping for Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates are sent via email and letter post and have no shipping charges.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
To ship to multiple addresses please place a separate order for each address.

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, on rare occasions we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

Do you offer Overnight or 2nd, or 3rd Day Express Delivery?

At this time we only offer regular shipping delivery.

Are shipping and delivery times guaranteed?
We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products. Please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.

Please make sure that you use the correct shipping address and include a floor, suite, or apartment number in your address.

Delivery to APO and FPO Addresses

We are happy to make APO and FPO deliveries for you. APO/FPO deliveries will be sent using USPS Priority Mail.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders billed to residents of California.

Please note that most items ship on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order.

Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.

Not Getting Your Items?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
Ground delivery only occurs during business hours, Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
